Brown Skin Girl UK was inspired by the cultural impact of the original performed by Blue Ivy Carter, Beyonce, WizKid and Saint John. After a well received instagram freestyle posted on Swiss's timeline he decided to do a full version to acknowledge the absence of recognition as it relates to Black culture and beauty in mainstream society around Europe. The music of this rendition was produced by Dwayne Patrick and Performed by Swiss and Vocalist Lylo Gold. Sparking the visionary interest of Director Sheila Nortley, a production and camera crew were put together to produce a visual representation of this culturally important message.
