The National Afrikan Peoples Parliament (NAPP) is an idea borne out of the commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the National 'Black People's Day of Action' on March 2, 2011; marking the most powerful event in the history of 'Black Britain,' when over 25,000 people protested the New Cross Fire Massacre (18th January 1981). This video was produced, as a part of a series of videos looking at questions to highlight the progress of the National Afrikan Peoples' Parliament, ahead of the imminent release of the Parliament's constitution on March 2nd 2012
